If you are dealing with failing teeth or tired of traditional dentures, we can replace an entire upper or lower arch using just four to six strategically placed implants for a fixed smile you do not take out.
All-on-X is a modern full-arch restoration that replaces an entire set of teeth using just four to six strategically angled dental implants. A fixed, non-removable prosthesis is attached to these implants, often right on the day of surgery, giving you immediate function and aesthetics without months of waiting. This approach maximizes your existing bone structure, which frequently helps you avoid the need for bone grafting. We help you with:
Feature | Full Arch Implants (All-on-X) | Traditional Full Dentures |
|---|---|---|
How It Stays Secure | Anchored to four to six titanium implant posts in your jaw | Rests on your gums using suction, gravity, or sticky paste |
Daily Maintenance | Stays fixed in your mouth and is brushed just like natural teeth | Must be removed every night for soaking and cleaning |
Eating & Chewing | Restores nearly full bite strength so you can enjoy all your favorite foods | Limits chewing power and makes hard or chewy foods difficult to eat |
We use advanced 3D scans and digital imaging to plan the exact placement and angles of your implants for maximum support.
We place your implants comfortably using local anesthesia and attach a secure, fixed set of replacement teeth, often on the same day.
We give your jaw a few months to heal and fuse solidly around the titanium posts while you enjoy your new smile.
We craft and secure your final arch, fine-tuning your bite for long-term comfort and beauty.
When Dr. Mohammad Hammoud plans an All-on-X case, he looks closely at your bone structure and bite alignment to make sure the foundation is rock-solid. Rebuilding an entire arch requires precise digital planning so your new teeth look natural and feel comfortable from day one. We plan the case on our in-house CBCT and print the surgical guide here, which is why we can hold the whole arch in one office instead of splitting it between a surgeon and a restorative dentist.
Yes, in most cases, we can attach a secure, fixed temporary set of teeth on the exact same day your implants are placed, so you leave our office with teeth the same day. That first set is a temporary, and the final arch comes after your jaw has healed.
Because they stay fixed in your mouth, you brush them just like natural teeth. We will also show you how to use simple water flossers or specialized tools to clean underneath the arch easily.
Often yes. Because we angle the rear implants to utilize the densest parts of your jawbone, we can usually bypass the need for bone grafting even if you have experienced some bone loss.
We use local anesthesia and offer sedation options. You will feel pressure during the procedure, but you should not feel sharp pain. Soreness for a few days afterward is normal and usually manageable with medication we prescribe.
