Full Arch

A Complete Smile Transformation in a Single Arch

All-on-X is a modern full-arch restoration that replaces an entire set of teeth using just four to six strategically angled dental implants. A fixed, non-removable prosthesis is attached to these implants, often right on the day of surgery, giving you immediate function and aesthetics without months of waiting. This approach maximizes your existing bone structure, which frequently helps you avoid the need for bone grafting. We help you with:

  • Replacing a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, non-removable bridge.
  • Giving you teeth that stay in place, so there is no denture to take out at night.
  • Making the most of your natural bone support to bypass complex bone grafting procedures when possible.
  • Restoring your ability to eat, speak, and laugh without planning around your teeth.

Planning

Careful Planning in Dearborn

When Dr. Mohammad Hammoud plans an All-on-X case, he looks closely at your bone structure and bite alignment to make sure the foundation is rock-solid. Rebuilding an entire arch requires precise digital planning so your new teeth look natural and feel comfortable from day one. We plan the case on our in-house CBCT and print the surgical guide here, which is why we can hold the whole arch in one office instead of splitting it between a surgeon and a restorative dentist.

FAQ

Full Arch Implants FAQs

Can I really get teeth on the same day as my surgery?

Yes, in most cases, we can attach a secure, fixed temporary set of teeth on the exact same day your implants are placed, so you leave our office with teeth the same day. That first set is a temporary, and the final arch comes after your jaw has healed.

Because they stay fixed in your mouth, you brush them just like natural teeth. We will also show you how to use simple water flossers or specialized tools to clean underneath the arch easily.

Often yes. Because we angle the rear implants to utilize the densest parts of your jawbone, we can usually bypass the need for bone grafting even if you have experienced some bone loss.

We use local anesthesia and offer sedation options. You will feel pressure during the procedure, but you should not feel sharp pain. Soreness for a few days afterward is normal and usually manageable with medication we prescribe.
