Whether you are missing a single tooth or need an entire arch rebuilt, we use advanced 3D imaging to provide precise, predictable dental implants that restore your chewing function and your confidence.
Dental implants act as artificial roots placed directly into your jawbone to support strong, stable replacement teeth. Dental implants are not automatically the right choice for every missing tooth. Before we begin, we evaluate your oral health, available bone, remaining teeth, and your personal goals to build a plan that makes sense for you. We use implants to help you address:
Service | How We Help |
|---|---|
Single-Tooth Implants | We place a single implant fixture and attach a custom crown to replace a missing tooth without altering your healthy neighboring teeth. |
Implant-Supported Bridges | We use two or more implants to securely support a connected group of replacement teeth across a wider gap. |
Implant-Supported Overdentures | We place implants with special attachments that your denture snaps onto, giving you a secure bite with a prosthesis you can remove to clean. |
Fixed Full-Arch (All-on-X) | We use a planned number of implants to permanently attach a complete upper or lower arch of teeth that only a dentist can remove. |
Full Mouth Reconstruction | We coordinate multiple restorative treatments to rebuild your bite function and repair widespread damage across your entire mouth. |
We start by evaluating your teeth, gums, and bite. We use 3D CBCT imaging to measure your exact bone volume and locate vital structures before we plan your surgery.
We review all of your options together. We outline the number of implants you need, any necessary bone grafting, the expected timeline, and a clear breakdown of your costs.
Once healed, we attach your custom crown, bridge, or denture. We will give you specific cleaning instructions and monitor your implants during your regular dental checkups.
When Dr. Hammoud took over 313 Dental, he brought advanced technology to Dearborn to completely modernize how we place implants. We do not guess with your care. We use CBCT 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, and in-house 3D printing to plan your implant against your actual bone, not an estimate. Most importantly, we plan the implant around the final replacement tooth, not just the space available for the screw. In selected cases, we can place an implant the same day a tooth comes out and fit a temporary tooth before you leave. However, we will never promise you "same-day teeth" until we have fully evaluated your 3D scan and confirmed your bone can safely support it.
Most people are. Your candidacy depends on your available bone, gum health, and medical history. Having bone loss does not automatically rule you out, but it does mean we may need to perform a bone grafting procedure first to safely support the implant.
Most cases take a few months from start to finish. Your timeline depends on whether you need an extraction, bone grafting, and how quickly your body heals. We will give you a personalized estimate after we evaluate your 3D scan.
We will not tell you an implant is permanent or guaranteed for life. Your long-term success depends heavily on your daily home care, professional maintenance, and tobacco use. While the titanium fixture is designed to last, the crowns, bridges, and denture attachments on top of the implant will eventually experience wear and tear and may need repair or replacement.
The implant itself cannot decay, but the gums and bone around it can certainly become infected. This condition is called peri-implantitis and it can cause your implant to fail. This is why regular brushing, flossing, and professional dental cleanings remain absolutely essential.
An overdenture snaps onto your implants for stability, but you must remove it yourself every night to clean it. A fixed full-arch restoration (often called All-on-X) is permanently screwed into your implants and can only be removed by our dental team.
The total price depends entirely on what your specific case requires. Your case may require a preliminary extraction, a bone graft, or a temporary tooth in addition to the implant and crown. We break the cost down stage by stage so you know exactly what you are paying for. We also offer flexible financing through Cherry, which offers up to two years interest free, and HFD.
